Trego.

At ALX, our team of around six people reviewed capstone projects for hundreds of learners. Our in-house learning management system gave us one long list of submissions, but not enough visibility to divide up the work and track progress.

We could export that list, so I helped build the first version of Trego in Google Sheets using Apps Script. It made it easier to assign reviews and see where work was falling behind. After that first successful use, I built a more robust web app that the team could reuse across cohorts.

Trego helped the team manage more than 3,000 project reviews and cut the time taken for reviews by roughly half. With clear assignments and progress tracking, everyone could see what they were responsible for and what still needed attention.
