A shared dashboard for tracking performance and trends across ALX programs.

At ALX, the central dashboard showed current program performance, while delivery teams needed to track changes over time. Teams built separate spreadsheet dashboards for this, but growing data volumes made them slow and features began to differ between programs.

I built PMMS (Program Momentum & Monitoring System) to bring that work into one shared app. It stores program data in a database and lets teams compare days, weeks, and months, with consistent dashboards and features across programs.
